This includes compilation of the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement and Statement of Changes in Equity and along with preparation of the Director’s Report and Notes to the Financial Statements.
1. For dormant companies – S$500* per year
2. For non-dormant companies – From S$600* per year

a. Payment: 50% of the fee is payable in advance and the balance after we have completed our deliverables and before the submission with authorities.
b. A higher fee may be charged if there is additional complexity involved.
