EntrePass Application Filing
Professional services rendered in respect of the application of EntrePass pass include holding initial meetings with you regarding the application, preparation of documents and attending to the Ministry of Manpower and dealing with queries, etc.
The fee for the application is S$2500.00 inclusive of submission and drafting of the business plan.
The following are the requirements to incorporate a Pte Ltd Company
- A Private Limited Company requires a minimum number of one individual director who has to be an ordinary resident in Singapore. i.e. Singaporean/ Singapore PR/ Singapore Employment Pass Holder. To qualify for this a foreigner may apply for Employment Pass / Entrepass before or after incorporating the Company and meanwhile you may use us as your local nominee director.
- Minimum 1 individual Shareholder or 1 corporate body as 100% shareholder is required. You do not need a Singaporean for a shareholder.
- Minimum paid up capital is S$1.00.00
- Time taken to incorporate a Company is approximately within 1 day depending on case to case, i.e. factors that may effect the time: - if any approval required by government agencies e.g. Employment agency, finance companies, entertainment industry need approval from government departments.
- All Private Limited Companies are required to have a Company Secretary. We will act as your Company Secretary.

Registered office
We provide a registered office facility at our address for a fee of S$50.00 per month and will forward mails as arranged.
Corporate Director /Nominee Agent
A Private Limited Company requires a minimum number of one individual director who has to be an ordinary resident of Singapore. Our representative may act as your company's local director for a fee of S$200.00 per month (payable in advance annually) if you have difficulties appointing a director of your own.In addition to this, we will also collect a refundable security deposit of S$3,000.00 and a suitable indemnity is given by the company to protect our nominee directors.
Nominee Shareholder
A private limited company must have at least one shareholder,whether it is an individual or a corporation. One of our officers may act as a nominee on behalf of the beneficial owner and a suitable Declaration of Trust may be prepared upon request. We can also act as your nominee shareholder for a fee of S$200.00 per month.
