    Do I need a registered address?

    The companies Act requires all Singapore incorporated entity to have a Singapore based registered address.

    A. Registered address cannot be a PO Box.
    B. Can be either private residential or commercial address
    C. For residential addresses, you need to seek permission from the Housing and Development Board (HDB) or Urban Development Authority.

If you are not the owner of the address, but a tenant, it would be wise to check with your landlord if he allows you to use the premises as the registered address.

    Whenever mails arrive at our registered address, Rikvin will notify you via email. You will than arrange to collect the mails within 2 weeks from our office.

    Can you forward the mails you received on our behalf?

    For any arrival of postal mails including courier items and small parcels, Rikvin can forward the mails based on your instructions. All forwarding postage costs will be charged accordingly to you.

    *This service will require a $100.00 deposit and will be used to offset against the mail forwarding charges.

    Rikvin has highly trained, professional staff who will personally attend to your calls using your company's name. For a fee slightly higher than the automated computer answering service, the computerized automated answering service will also greet all your incoming calls with your company's name, and the caller will have an option either to leave a voice mail or be automatically diverted to another telephone number specified by you. Don't miss any more calls!

    We can provide you with a dedicated fax number. Faxes received will be automatically forwarded to your email id in real time immediately.

    How does your phone and fax service work?

    Our phone and fax service is provided on an annual fee basis. It works as follows:

    • Your company will be assigned a dedicated phone and fax numbers.
    • A personalized and computerized greeting will be recorded for your company.
    • Phone calls to your company phone number will be greeted by your company's greeting and either forwarded to a number (as given by you) or to voicemail system.
    • The forwarding number can be either a local Singapore number or an overseas number.
    • Any voicemail messages received will be emailed to you as a voice attachment.
    • Similarly, any fax documents received will be emailed to you as an attachment.
    • The concept of business hours and non-business hours is also supported for your company's phone service.
