Due to our exceptional growth in APAC, we are currently looking for a few resourceful, driven, team players with a competitive spirit, and strong business acumen to help our private enterprise customers reach new levels of success. If you have an affinity for technology, a passion for making your customers successful, and the ability to articulate the ROI of an enterprise solution across multiple stakeholders, then this could be the role for you.
You will be engaging with customers throughout the sales cycle, from account planning, through the development of the deal, to the close of business, and beyond. They are trusted advisors to the C-Suite and the end users. They are not afraid to present a Disruptive Idea.
- 4-year BA/BS Degree required or equivalent practical experience
- 3-8 years of quota carrying software or technology sales and direct sales experience
- Hunting mentality, tenacity to close the deal
- Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles
- SMEs, mid-level enterprises, service industries vertical experience preferred
- Previous Sales Methodology training
- Familiarity with selling transformative software and SaaS/PaaS solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of the business issues impacting organizations with ability to educate/evangelize and so generate opportunities out of this knowledge
- Strong network of contacts across enterprise organizations in respective region
- Ability to work credibly at all levels, especially at CXO level
- Self-starter able to work with minimum supervision
- Able to know when to seek guidance
- Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
