Reservation of Foreign Branch Name
Prior to the registration, the name of the Foreign Branch has to be reserved first. In the event that the name contains sensitive words or the if name is similar to an existing company name, it may be subject to review by relevant authorities and the entire duration may be lengthened.
The name of the Singapore Branch will always take after the name of the Head Office.
