What happens if after incorporation I fail to maintain a registered office in accordance with the requirements of Companies Act?

If you fail to comply or maintain a registered office after incorporation, then the company and every officer of the company who is in default shall be guilty of an offence and can be liable to a maximum fine of $5,000 and also to a default penalty.
