Yes, but EntrePass holders are only entitled to dependant privileges after they renew their passes.
EntrePass holders who have met the minimum Total Business Spending of at least $100,000 and have employed at least 3 Full-Time Employees (Singaporeans and Permanent Residents who earn a monthly salary of at least $1,100) or 1 PME (professionals, managers and executives who are Singaporeans or Permanent Residents and earn a monthly salary of at least $3,900) from Year 2 onwards, are able to bring in their families (Spouse, Common-law Spouse, Unmarried Children below 21) under the Dependant Pass or Long Term Visit Pass.
