I really prefer to deal with only one person as I find dealing with more than one is confusing for me as to what is needed and when. I find having a relationship with the accountant is more important than dealing with a whole company. That is what made Rikvin successful in the first place. I used to have an account representative. That is why I am loyal to the The Rikvin name. I use to have an account representative and feel you need to do this. In this case I prefer to deal with [Staff Name], who has recently clarified all the matters from different people I get. Please in my case I would prefer she handles my whole company account.
