The Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) has to be notified every time there is a change in the company structure, such as:
- Shareholder or to its officers;
- Change in particulars i.e. passport number, nationality, residential address of the director(s) or shareholder(s);
- Change of financial year end;
- Change of registered office address, etc
Failure to do so and you will be liable for penalties and/or summons.
