No. The Nominee Director is purely for fulfilling statutory requirements. He will not have any financial, managerial or operational role. You are required to appoint your own directors (can be non-residents) who will run the business on a day to day basis.
On an exceptional basis, the nominee director can sign a contract if the document is acceptable to us. We will charge you for the document to be vetted by our lawyers and charges will apply based on the complexity of the document.
