What happen after 3 years of having secured a Personalised Employment Pass (PEP)?

Personalised Employment Pass (PEP) holders who have completed the 3 years of their PEP have the option of applying for Singapore Permanent Residency (PR) after one year of employment or applying for Employment Pass (EP) at the end of the PEP expiry.
