Banks can provide term loans with varying tenors to finance asset purchases such as machinery and commercial / residential properties
Trade Finance Loans
Trade finance loans such as Letter of Credits, Bank Guarantees, Invoice/Inventory Financing can supplement your company’s working capital requirements to support daily sales and procurement activities. Other forms of facilities include Export Letter of Credit discounting.
Overdrafts
Overdraft loans acting as standby / short term financing in a company’s daily working capital cycle.
Receivables Financing / Factoring
Companies can access upfront funding from their open account sales by assigning their account receivables to the Banks, which can be structured in a with recourse basis or on a non-recourse basis.
Hire Purchase Loans
Companies can access term financing to purchase various machinery and equipment, as well as commercial vehicles.
Government-backed (SPRING) Bank Loans
SME Micro Loans
Companies with 10 or less employees can access working capital financing of up to S$100,000 to support their day-to-day business operations.
SME Equipment and Factory Loans
Companies can access financing of up to S$15 million to purchase equipment, machines or selected factory properties.
Loan Insurance Scheme (LIS) and LIS+
Companies can access trade finance loans including inventory/stock financing, overseas working capital loans, factoring/accounts receivable discounting and Banker’s Guarantees for contractual fulfilment.
SME Working Capital Loan
Companies can access unsecured working capital financing of up to S$300,000 to support their day-to-day business operations through this programme from 1 June 2016 to 31 May 2019.
